ICIS 2015 Proceedings will be published by Conference Publishing Services of IEEE.
CPS will arrange for indexing through INSPEC, EI (Compendex), Thomson ISI and DBLP.

10 outstanding papers will be selected and recommended for possible publication in IJNDC and IJSI.
4 outstanding papers will be selected and recommended for possible publication in IJCIS.
Conference organizers will select approximately 20 outstanding papers from ICIS 2015 to be published in Springer's Studies in Computation Intelligence. The book series will be distributed at the conference site.

Instruction for Authors

The conference is soliciting Full papers (6 pages) on all aspects of the above research areas. Submitted papers will be evaluated on significance, originality, technical quality, and exposition. They should clearly establish the research contribution. All accepted papers will be provided an oral presentation at the conference. Each paper needs to be reviewed by at least three PC members or experts in the field.
Format Guidelines: We encourage submission in IEEE CS style format (8.5x11in). (See the IEEE CS home page:). All papers must be submitted in PDF format.

Publications

Accepted papers are published in proceedings by IEEE Computer Society. Conference organizers will select approximately top 15 % outstanding papers from ICIS 2010 to be published in Springer's Studies in Computational Intelligence.
For the post-conference publication several special issues in journals are planned. 4-5 outstanding papers will be selected and recommended for possible publication in IJNDC and IJSI. 3-4 best papers will be selected and recommended for possible publication in IJCIS.

Special session organizer organizes a session with 4-10 papers with a specific research area.
Each sesson needs to have review by the session organizer(s) or two special session committees at least.

All accepted papers should be submitted to final paper submission site provided by IEEE before May 10, 2015. Each paper in your session must be 5-6 pages length and be formatted by IEEE 8.5x11 proc. style because the paper would be published as the proceedings by IEEE Computer Society.

If your organized session has only 2-3 papers for a session, we merge with your session with a session of similar research area .
In such case, your name would appear on the web site with other organizer.

Session organizer must register and attend the conference. Otherwise, all papers would be cancelled and removed from the proceedings. ICIS 2015 awards the certificate for your proposed session to each organizer.

Paper Submission

Submission for Review

We solicit research and experience papers as well as research-in-progress and practitioner reports in any of the technical areas listed under Scope and Topics. Submit your paper via the web-based conference management system following the instructions below:

  • First, please review the CPS Publishing PDF specifications
  • In order to submit a paper for review to ICIS 2015 please go to the Conference Management system.
    If you are a new user of EasyChair please create an account to submit your paper and then follow the instructions provided by EasyChair. If you have previously used EasyChair you may use an already created account to login.
  • The file that you submit should include the paper title, abstract, keywords, and an introduction followed by the body of your paper. The author’s name and address MUST NOT appear in this file. This is to facilitate a blind review.
  • Upload your full paper in two column format (not to exceed 10 single-spaced pages) via the web-based conference management system in PDF format, or you can submit your paper in the final manuscript format.
  • The format of the final manuscript should be in a two-column format and 6 pages in length. Up to an extra 2 pages (total of 8) can be purchased at registration time (see the registration form for pricing).
  • Please select a category from the topics menu. If you cannot find the right category in the menu, select other then please enter a category for your paper at the end of the summary. We need this information when determining reviewers for your paper.

The program committee will review each submission and judge it with respect to its originality, significance, readability/organization, references and technical quality.

To submit your full paper to the Late Breaking Full Paper Track, please follow the instructions above and submit your paper from the Conference Management System in the same way of Full Paper submissions. The system may not give you an option to specify your paper is for Late Breaking Track, but submissions after March 16 will automatically be treated as Late Breaking Track Papers so you can submit your paper from there.
